Full Professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi University (Department of Accounting). He is also:

• Chair of the Management Board of OIV- Organismo Italiano di Valutazione (the Italian Valuation Standard Setter);
• Member of the Standards Review Board of the IVSC- International Valuation Standard Council (the International Valuation Standard Setter);
• Member of the Consultative Advisory Group (CAG) of the IAASB- International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (the International Standard Setter in auditing)

He is Author of books, essays and articles on topics of Corporate Finance, Valuations and Fair Value measurement.
