He conducts corporate, fiscal, accounting and contractual consulting activities. He focuses on financial, strategic and corporate consulting for extraordinary operations of corporate reorganization and restructuring, including the ones related to asset management and the fiscal planning of investments subject to inheritance. He took office and continues to assume the positions of statutory auditor and board member in various corporations, banks and public entities.
