Francesco Ermanno Schütz

Francesco Ermanno Schütz, EY Partner since 2001, is leading the Valuation, Business Modelling & Economics team for EY Italy, Spain and Portugal. He has over 30 years of experience in business valuations, fairness opinions, as well as in the analysis of the recoverable amount of intangible assets and in Purchase Price Allocations (PPA). He has supervised about 1000 evaluation assignments for a variety of purposes and a wide range of industrial sectors. He has an in-depth knowledge of the Italian and International accounting principles (IAS 36, IAS 38, IFRS3, IFRS 13). He is a Member of the Management Board of the Organismo Italiano di Valutazione (OIV).
