Marco Vulpiani

Marco Vulpiani holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
He has about 25 years of professional experience mainly in Business Valuation.
As a Senior Equity Partner of Deloitte, he is the Firm’s head of the “Valuation and Business Modelling Services” service line in Italy.
He serves on the Deloitte Global Valuation Executive Committee and is a member of the Management Board of the Italian valuation standard setter “Organismo Italiano di Valutazione” (OIV).
Marco is Adjunct Professor of “Advanced Corporate Finance” at Luiss Business School and Adjunct Professor in the MBA, Master in Corporate Finance and Executive Master in Finance and Markets programs at Luiss Business
School.
He authored several articles and a book – “Special Cases of Business Valuation”, McGraw-Hill 2014 – and has been a speaker in primary conferences on business valuation issues.
Lastly, he is an engineer, member of the Order of Professional Engineers of Rome, an accountant, member of the Professional Order of Chartered Accountants, and a registered auditor.
